Responsibilities
- Lead new product development (NPD) initiatives for DX and Unitary HVAC systems
- Design, develop, and optimize HVAC products to meet technical, performance, and market requirements
- Ensure all designs comply with ESMA (UAE), SASO (KSA), ESTIDAMA, and relevant international standards
- Support and manage AHRI and Eurovent certification requirements, testing, and documentation
- Collaborate with R&D, production, procurement, quality, and testing teams to bring innovative HVAC products to market
- Review vendor submittals, technical data, and component selections
- Support prototype testing, performance validation, energy efficiency evaluation, and product certification processes
- Lead value engineering, cost optimization, and continuous product improvement initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
- Stay up to date with HVAC technologies, regulatory updates, and certification requirements in the Gulf region
