Hands-on Diagnostics: Help diagnose issues and unblock adoption in practical, hands-on ways.

Technical Implementation: Guide technical implementation and usage across enterprise infrastructures.

Voice of the Customer: Be an advocate for the customer and translate customer needs back to the product team.

Pattern Identification: Identify patterns across customer usage and challenges.

Grounding Roadmaps: Communicate feedback to product and engineering teams to ensure what we build is grounded in real-world use.

End-to-End Ownership: Take ownership of customer outcomes and drive long-term customer success.

Organic Growth Discovery: Identify expansion opportunities and grow Sequen's digital footprint.

Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.

Rigorous Systems & Scientific Thinking: You balance algorithmic complexity with microsecond runtime latency constraints. You choose the right mathematical model for the client's current data maturity, prioritizing real-world conversion metrics over theoretical vanity scores.
