About the role

  • The Dealer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting and optimizing marketing activities across the dealer network in Saudi Arabia, enhancing brand exposure, and driving sales growth.
  • This role requires strong capabilities in marketing operations, event execution, digital marketing, dealer communication, and customer engagement within the local market.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns in collaboration with dealers across Saudi Arabia.
  • Support dealer network marketing operations and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Enhance brand visibility through localized marketing initiatives and media strategies.
  • Coordinate and execute dealer events, test drive activities, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs.
  • Work closely with sales teams and dealers to support lead generation and retail performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Manage marketing materials, digital channels, POSM, and dealer communications.
  • Ensure brand guideline consistency across all dealer marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with regional and headquarters teams to localize and implement marketing strategies effectively.
  • Support PR, influencer collaborations, and social media activities relevant to the Saudi market.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in dealer marketing, channel marketing, or automotive marketing preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi automotive market and consumer landscape is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data driven mindset with analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience in event management and digital marketing execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with dealer networks in Saudi Arabia.
  • Understanding of local media, influencer ecosystem, and automotive customer journey.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multicultural environment.
