- Apply supervised, unsupervised, and time series modeling techniques

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure models are production ready
- Monitor model performance, stability, and data drift
- Drive adoption of data driven practices across business units
- Manage and mentor a team of 2 5 direct reports
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in data science
- Proven expertise in AI and cloud based deployments
- Strong background in banking processes and MLOps
- Experience leading cross functional teams in a regulated environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, or Mathematics
- Advanced technical skills in Python, generative AI, LLMs, and cloud pipelines (Azure or AWS)

Role Overview
- Senior Data Science Manager to join a leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi.
- Lead development and adoption of data science and AI initiatives across retail, risk, credit, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced machine learning models to improve efficiency and risk outcomes.
- Apply supervised, unsupervised, and time series modeling techniques.
- Lead feature engineering, model selection, training, validation, and benchmarking.
- Conduct experimentation using hypothesis testing and statistical inference.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure models are production ready.

- Manage and mentor a team of two to five direct reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in data science with AI and cloud based deployments.
- Strong background in banking processes, operations, terminologies, and MLOps.
- Experience leading cross functional teams and agile squads in a regulated environment.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- Master degree in a related field is highly preferred.
- Advanced technical skills in Python, generative AI, LLMs, and cloud pipelines (Azure or AWS).
Compensation
- 45 50k AED per month plus benefits.
