  • We are hiring a Founding Growth and Accounts Lead to join a pioneering enterprise software firm that builds agentic AI for high stakes industrial sectors.
  • Backed by a top global investment manager and already delivering measurable returns for live enterprise accounts, this business is scaling rapidly.
  • This is a high autonomy, individual contributor role reporting directly to the Co Founder and GTM Director.

Discover the role

  • As the Founding Growth and Accounts Lead, you will build and run the organic growth engine while spending roughly one quarter of your time embedded directly within strategic enterprise accounts.
  • You will partner closely with the GTM Director, who provides deep domain strategy, while you own the execution, turning high level direction into concrete plans and marketing assets.
  • This role is split between growth marketing leadership and hands on customer account support.

Discover the responsibilities

  • Shape commercial positioning and produce deeply researched, technically precise content such as workflow breakdowns, ROI logic, and technical case studies.
  • Own the social media presence, PR and analyst engagement, and the content repurposing motion to drive organic inbound interest.
  • Track and report on organic inbound contribution metrics.
  • Build standing at the ecosystem level by developing relationships with relevant industry associations and trade bodies to secure speaking opportunities and credibility.
  • Support enterprise account teams on a ground level basis by preparing materials, joining conversations, and absorbing customer context.
  • Utilize LLMs and AI platforms daily to multiply output and seamlessly manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Direct external media partners and freelancers who execute on production tasks.

Discover the requirements

  • Four to seven years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, ideally within an agency or a digital first startup environment.
  • Proven experience as an individual contributor who can execute hands on without a large team behind them.
  • Advanced fluency with AI tools and LLMs to orchestrate workflows and scale output efficiently.
  • Strong marketing and brand strategy instincts with the ability to turn a brief into high quality execution with minimal handholding.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to write with precision for technical and commercial buyers.
  • Willingness to travel twenty to thirty percent across the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
  • Experience marketing to industrial or enterprise sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus but not required.

Salary and benefits

  • Salary AED 25,000 to AED 35,000 per month plus performance based variable pay.
  • Visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Location and travel

  • Location UAE, Dubai or Abu Dhabi with twenty to thirty percent regional and international travel.
