Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Statistics. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 6+ years of work experience in a strategy/business analytics/sales enabler role.
  • Experience working closely with the product in an internet/e-commerce company.
  • Experience in e-commerce, internet and/or digital media.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Dashboard Tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial and Financial concepts.
  • Ability to crunch heavy data, build insights and drive operational decision making.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Storytelling.
  • Analytical thinking; Conceptual thinking.
  • Assertive.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
