Requirements

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in leasing, coworking/flexible workspace, commercial real estate, office leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Proven experience in lead follow-up, client presentations, negotiations, and closing agreements is preferred.
  • Experience in the Riyadh or Saudi commercial real estate/coworking market is an advantage.
  • Knowledge
  • Knowledge of coworking and flexible workspace products, office leasing processes, pricing, occupancy, and customer service standards.
  • Understanding of basic leasing documentation, quotations, agreements, renewals, and payment follow-up.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, email, and digital communication channels
  • Skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation, lead-conversion, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, customer service, and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong organization, follow-up, record-keeping, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work toward monthly occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Fluency in Arabic and good professional English communication skills.
