Role Overview
Join Terracotta Outsourcing as a Senior Data Administrator specializing in IT security, IAM, and PAM.
Support enterprise security solutions in a government environment in the UAE.
Work hands-on with CyberArk PAM, IBM IAM, and Data Loss Prevention technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and maintain CyberArk PAM solutions.
- Administer CyberArk Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, AIM, and EPM.
- Manage privileged accounts, Safes, platforms, policies, access reviews, onboarding, provisioning, and password rotation.
- Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, MFA, applications, databases, and network devices.
- Support IBM IAM solutions and maintain DLP controls and policies.
- Investigate security incidents, support compliance reporting, and conduct audits and remediation.
- Support vulnerability remediation, patching, security improvements, and technical guidance for junior team members.
Key Requirements
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in IT security, IAM, PAM, or cybersecurity.
- Strong hands-on CyberArk PAM experience, including Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, AIM, and EPM.
- Experience with IBM IAM and DLP solutions, preferably Proofpoint DLP or similar.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, provisioning, and access control.
- Experience with Active Directory and MFA integration.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with security audits, compliance, and access reviews.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant CyberArk, IAM, PAM, or cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
Employment and Work Arrangement
- Full-time position based in Dubai, UAE.
- On-site work arrangement in a government environment in the UAE.
