Terracotta is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager who speaks Arabic for a leading international banking environment in Dubai.
The role suits a banking or wealth management professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience and experience supporting Relationship Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Relationship and Wealth Managers with daily client servicing and relationship management activities.
- Process and monitor securities transactions, payments, and other client transactions.
- Coordinate with front-, middle-, and back-office teams to execute client instructions on time.
- Support client onboarding, account openings and closures, and KYC documentation.
- Monitor client account balances, transactions, renewals, and pending items.
- Assist with credit approval requests, loan drawdowns, and renewals.
- Prepare and coordinate subscription, redemption, and loan documentation.
- Handle client requests and inquiries, escalating them to the Relationship Manager when appropriate.
- Ensure client activities comply with bank policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance.
- Experience with an international bank operating within the DIFC is strongly required.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar banking, wealth management, or relationship support role.
- Knowledge of capital markets and financial transactions.
- Understanding of client onboarding, KYC, and compliance.
- Strong command of English and Arabic.
- Client-facing experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
