About the Role
Deliver high-quality passenger service at Hamad International Airport.
Create a seamless customer experience through accurate information and positive customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Service Supervisor with shift-report data.
- Prevent and report misuse of company assets or customer property.
- Support procedures, manuals, and policies for customer service operations.
- Provide information about flights, transport, airport facilities, lounges, hotels, and related services.
- Conduct customer-satisfaction surveys and identify customer needs.
- Coordinate weekly lost-property disposal with governmental agencies.
- Check Passenger Terminal Complex quality, asset serviceability, and cleanliness.
- Monitor service-provider KPI and SLA compliance.
- Prepare departure, arrival, and transfer queue-management reports.
- Report meals provided during airport-operation disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least one year of job-related customer-service experience, or a high school diploma with at least two years of relevant experience.
- Freshers are welcome to apply under the stated bachelor's degree or equivalent route.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
