Golden Star Technology (GST) is seeking a Senior AV Control System Programmer who thrives on building intuitive, high‑performance AV solutions.

In this role, you will independently lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of AV control systems, user interfaces, and DSP configurations supporting enterprise, education, and government environments.

This position offers a dynamic mix of advanced programming, in‑house validation, and on‑site commissioning.

You will work with cutting‑edge technologies while collaborating with engineering, project management, and client teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and well‑documented AV solutions.

• Lead programming, testing, and deployment of control systems on Crestron, Extron, and AMX platforms
• Design intuitive, consistent touchpanel user interfaces
• Develop custom modules, device drivers, and advanced automation logic
• Configure, tune, and validate DSP platforms (Biamp, QSC, BSS, etc.)
• Review AV drawings, schematics, and signal flow diagrams for accuracy and feasibility
• Perform in‑house system testing and on‑site commissioning , verification, and acceptance testing
• Troubleshoot complex integrated AV, control, and network issues
• Support project teams, manufacturers, and clients through deployment and close‑out
• Maintain programming standards, documentation, and version control
• Travel to job sites as required
