Position Summary
The Order Management Representative plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring accurate and timely execution of the order fulfillment process.
This position serves as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to process orders, manage order status, resolve inquiries, and support sales operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Process customer orders with suppliers and distributors accurately and efficiently.
- Review orders for compliance with pricing, terms, conditions, and delivery requirements.
- Manage backlog reports and open orders within GST systems and customer portals.
- Monitor, track, and follow up on quote logs and open order activities.
- Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and ensure timely resolution.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide proactive order status updates.
- Identify customer needs and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day customer service requests and operational inquiries.
- Assist the sales team with customer Requests for Quotes (RFQs), including response preparation and documentation.
- Support order management processes to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
