Contracts & Program Coordinator - NASA SEWP

• Partner with Federal Account Executives
• Assist with product selection
• Coordinate engineering resources when required
• Prepare proposal documentation
• Track quote status
• Follow up with vendors on outstanding pricing
• Assist with order processing after award

Maintain reporting including:

• Quote pipeline
• Win/loss statistics
• Response times
• Vendor performance
• SEWP sales activity
• Contract utilization metrics

• 3+ years inside sales, federal and government contracts, or proposal experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Close attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
• Experience working with OEMs and distributors
• Customer service mindset

• Experience with NASA SEWP
• Government & Federal contracting experience
• Government Purchasing
• GSA Schedule experience
• Public sector IT sales
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• ERP experience
• Knowledge of IT hardware, software, networking, or AV solutions
