- Identify, develop, and secure new B2B business opportunities across various industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long term partnerships
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote the company's services
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through onboarding
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports for the Sales Manager
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Previous experience in fleet, logistics, transportation, or related industries is highly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Self motivated with strong business development and account management capabilities
