Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearheading Sales Initiatives: Drive ambitious sales targets, implement innovative strategies, and empower your team to exceed expectations.
  • Elevating Customer Experience: Cultivate an unparalleled in showroom journey, ensuring every visitor feels valued, engaged, and inspired.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all Retail Operations, including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, and facility upkeep.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high performing sales and customer service team.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to maximize showroom profitability, market penetration, and brand presence.
  • Market Insight: Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform proactive showroom strategies.

Skills & Technologies

  • Master of Sales, expert in Showroom Management, and leader proficient in Retail Operations.
  • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management, Team Leadership, Visual Merchandising, Inventory Management, and Business Development.
  • Strong Performance Management, Communication Skills, and Strategic Planning.

Skills

  • Proven Leadership: Minimum of 5 10 years of progressive experience in retail management, specifically within a high volume showroom or luxury retail environment.
  • Expert Skill Set: Demonstrated mastery in Sales, Showroom Management, Retail Operations, Customer Relationship Management, and Team Leadership.
  • Managerial Acumen: Track record of successfully managing and mentoring teams, exceeding sales targets, and optimizing operational efficiencies at a Manager level.
  • Customer Centric Mindset: Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
  • Dynamic Drive: Energetic, proactive, and problem solving approach.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is highly desirable, or equivalent practical experience.
