Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Communications & PR Lead to join our Marketing Department as part of continued business growth and brand development initiatives.
- This role is responsible for leading the company's corporate communications and public relations strategies, strengthening brand reputation, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent corporate messaging across all external communication channels.
- The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners to enhance the company's visibility, reputation, and market presence.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate communications strategies, including press releases, media statements, executive communications, and official company announcements aligned with the organization's brand and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, journalists, PR agencies, and external stakeholders while managing media inquiries, interviews, press conferences, and public relations activities.
- Lead corporate reputation management initiatives by monitoring media coverage, industry developments, and public sentiment, while supporting crisis communication planning and execution when required.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross functional teams to develop executive speeches, leadership messages, corporate content, and communication plans, while monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of communication and PR campaigns through relevant performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Media Relations, or Corporate Affairs, preferably within a large organization or real estate, construction, or property development industry.
- Proven experience in developing corporate communication strategies, managing media relations, executive communications, reputation management, and crisis communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities.
