Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from tender preparation to close out
- Prepare, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, supplier agreements, service contracts, and purchase agreements
- Support procurement and sourcing activities by developing contract strategies and commercial terms
- Ensure contractual compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and legal teams throughout the contracting process
- Maintain contract records, monitor key milestones, and ensure timely renewals
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within contract management processes
Requirements
- Saudi nationality
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- 3 7 years of relevant experience in contracts
- Strong understanding of contract drafting, negotiation, tendering, procurement, and supplier management
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional proficiency in English

Job Overview
- A leading manufacturing company based in Jeddah is seeking a Senior Contracts Specialist to join its Supply Chain team.
- Looking for a motivated Saudi with 3–7 years of experience in contract management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, from tender preparation and drafting to negotiation, execution, administration, amendments, renewals, and close out.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, supplier agreements, service contracts, and purchase agreements.
- Support procurement and sourcing activities by developing contract strategies and commercial terms.
- Ensure contractual compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

Qualifications

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as (WCC), CIPS, CPCM, CCS, or PMP.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or SAP Ariba.
