Senior Consultant - Strategic Transport & Mobility Advisory

Role overview

What you’ll do

• Support urban mobility strategies, public transport policy, EV and AV deployment plans, freight and logistics advisory, and transport feasibility studies.
• Develop project outputs and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support policy frameworks, business cases, and implementation plans for public and private sector clients.
• Research emerging mobility trends and technologies, including smart mobility, MaaS, low-carbon transport, and intelligent transport systems.
• Support stakeholder consultations and prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for government and private clients.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in transport planning, urban planning, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in transport or mobility consulting, including strategic advisory exposure.
• Ability to work across urban mobility, integrated transport planning, policy development, or freight and logistics.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in producing high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic client insights.

Workplace

• The role follows a hybrid working policy, splitting the work week between Jacobs offices or projects and remote locations.
