Senior Compliance Officer role based in Abu Dhabi with responsibility for compliance programs related to partnership agreements, marketing activities, and financial transactions with small business partners.
Workplace and Schedule
- This is a part-time hybrid role with a mix of on-site work and work-from-home flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor compliance programs for partnership agreements, marketing activities, and financial transactions.
- Review contracts and promotional activities for regulatory adherence and perform compliance risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to clarify requirements and address potential issues.
- Provide best-practice guidance, monitor relevant laws and regulations, recommend process improvements, and support training and awareness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong compliance management and regulatory compliance skills are required.
- Solid analytical skills and finance knowledge are required to assess risks and interpret financial implications.
- Effective communication skills and experience with contract review, policy development, and compliance reporting are required.
- A relevant academic background, such as a degree in law, business, finance, or a related field, and prior compliance-focused experience are required.
- Candidates must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high ethical standards.
