Property and Investment Analysis
- Analyze property markets, investment opportunities, and asset performance.
- Research property values, rental trends, occupancy, and market activity.
- Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and investment scenarios.
- Analyze property income, operating expenses, yields, returns, and cash flow.
Reporting and Data Management
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
