- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in pest control services, facilities management, or hospitality
- At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role managing both operations and commercial performance
- Proven experience in business growth, key account management, and operational leadership

JOB PURPOSE
- Lead overall operational and sales performance, building a high performance organization, driving business expansion into new verticals and ensuring long term profitability.
- The role focuses on people development, key account management, operational efficiency, and implementation of best industry practices.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage Business P&L.
- Build and lead a high performance organization.
- Promote a performance driven, accountable, and customer focused culture.
- Mentor, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and technical teams.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across different market segments and verticals (residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, etc.).
- Support strategic expansion plans in the UAE and GCC markets.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in pest control services, facilities management and hospitality.
- At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role managing both operations and commercial performance.
- Proven experience in business growth, key account management and operational leadership.

FINANCIALS & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY
- Financial Scope: Business P&L and budget management.
- Reporting Staff: Managers, supervisors, technical team, sales and BDs.
- Decision Making Authority: Approves operational plans, quotations, contracts and resource allocation. Involves in strategic decisions, recruitment and organizational planning.
