- Lead end to end delivery of software integration and managed services projects
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes
- Collaborate with development, consulting, managed services, and customer teams to deliver high quality solutions
- Facilitate requirements gathering, project planning, prioritization, and change management activities
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates on progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Support resource planning, effort estimation, forecasting, and delivery assurance activities
- Contribute to proposals by providing project delivery, scope, effort, and commercial input
- Ensure services and deliverables are delivered in line with agreed standards and service level commitments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 6–8 years of experience in project and service management, ideally within retail technology, fuel retail, or convenience retail
- Proven experience managing software delivery, systems integration, or managed services projects
- Strong understanding of retail technology solutions including POS, back office systems, payments, and integrations
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders in complex project environments
- Knowledge of service delivery models, SLAs, and project financial management
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Professional business English, written and spoken

Position Overview
- We're looking for an experienced Senior Client Project Manager to lead the delivery of retail software integration and managed services projects across the fuel and convenience retail sector.
- You'll work closely with customers, partners, and cross functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives, service commitments, and customer expectations.
- You'll take ownership of projects from planning through implementation, ensuring successful delivery while managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets.

Essential Requirements
