- Managing and growing strategic, complex customer accounts across the Saudi market
- Driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new opportunities within existing accounts
- Developing and executing account strategies aligned with business and market objectives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders (C level)
- Leading customer negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial commercial outcomes
- Understanding customer business priorities to position tailored technology solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Delivery) to support sales objectives
- Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and tracking performance against targets
- Monitoring account performance and identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Acting as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on solutions and industry trends
- Sharing best practices and insights to support continuous improvement in account management
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in Account Management / Sales, preferably in complex solution environments
- Proven track record of driving revenue and managing high value customer accounts
- Strong experience in consultative / solution based sales with complex deal cycles
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (C level)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and account strategies
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Diploma or equivalent experience
- Industry knowledge in banking and technology driven environments
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent Arabic and willingness to travel up to 50%

Job Description
- As an Account Director Saudi Arabia you will drive business growth across the Saudi market, working closely with partners and customers to deliver innovative solutions.
- You will play a key role in expanding our footprint by developing new opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning Diebold Nixdorf as a trusted advisor in the banking industry.

Essential Qualifications
