Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple customer and internal projects to ensure timely delivery of activities and milestones
- Act as a central point of contact between customers, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Support project planning by tracking timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements
- Engage with customers to gather requirements, document actions, and drive follow up activities
- Manage project documentation, status reports, governance records, and approval processes
- Organize project meetings, governance reviews, and stakeholder updates while recording key outcomes and actions
- Monitor risks, issues, and project dependencies, escalating concerns when required
- Follow up on commitments and deliverables to ensure agreed actions are completed on time
- Support management with reporting, business priorities, and cross functional initiatives
- Maintain compliance with internal processes, governance standards, and information security requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- Experience working within an Agile project delivery environment
- Understanding of software technologies, databases, and integrated IT solutions
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Professional written and verbal English language skills
