Job Description

  • Our teams automate, digitize, and transform the way people bank and shop around the world.
  • As a Project Management Coordinator within our Professional Services organization, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of multiple customer projects across retail and technology environments.
  • This is a highly visible role where you will collaborate with customers, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive project execution, governance, and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating multiple customer and internal projects to ensure timely delivery of activities and milestones
  • Acting as a central point of contact between customers, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Supporting project planning by tracking timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements
  • Engaging with customers to gather requirements, document actions, and drive follow up activities
  • Managing project documentation, status reports, governance records, and approval processes
  • Organizing project meetings, governance reviews, and stakeholder updates while recording key outcomes and actions
  • Monitoring risks, issues, and project dependencies, escalating concerns when required
  • Following up on commitments and deliverables to ensure agreed actions are completed on time
  • Supporting management with reporting, business priorities, and cross functional initiatives
  • Maintaining compliance with internal processes, governance standards, and information security requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience working within an Agile project delivery environment
  • Understanding of software technologies, databases, and integrated IT solutions
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Professional written and verbal English language skills
  • Experience supporting projects within the Retail sector (desired)
  • Customer engagement, account support, or sales related experience (desired)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles (desired)
  • Arabic language skills (desired)
