Responsibilities
- Identify the main needs of senior citizens through home visits or communication at events and centers
- Prepare initial plans for providing basic services and including senior citizens in community programs and activities
- Contribute to providing approved community care activities and programs for senior citizens according to their social and health status
- Coordinate rehabilitation programs for families or caregivers of senior citizens
- Coordinate with government and private entities to implement care programs for senior citizens
- Accompany senior citizens living alone when leaving home to meet their needs and facilitate procedures
- Supervise the training and qualification of caregivers and volunteers for senior care
- Follow up on volunteers in senior citizen care and ensure programs align with approved plans
- Receive suggestions and complaints from senior citizens and work to resolve them or refer them to relevant departments
- Conduct initial evaluation of senior citizens' opinions on services and activities using available tools
- Enter daily data, services, and activities provided to senior citizens into the approved electronic system
- Submit periodic reports on services provided and suggest innovative services and activities

- Secondary school education or equivalent
- 0–2 years of experience in social care volunteering
- UAE nationality required

Job Description
- متابعة تقديم الخدمات لكبار المواطنين وكبار السن وضمان حصولهم على الخدمات الأساسية والضرورية لهم وادراجهم في الأنشطة والبرامج الاجتماعية والترفيهية والتثقيفية الملائمة لهم وفقاً لاحتياجاتهم، بهدف حمايتهم ودمجهم في المجتمع وتمكينهم.
الواجبات والمسؤوليات التشغيلية
- حصر الاحتياجات الرئيسية لكبار المواطنين من خلال إجراء الزيارات المنزلية أو التواصل معهم في الفعاليات أو المراكز والمجالس بهدف العمل على تلبية متطلباتهم.
- إعداد الخطط الأولية الخاصة بتقديم الخدمات الأساسية وادراج كبار المواطنين في البرامج والخدمات والأنشطة المجتمعية ورفعها إلى الأخصائيين للدراسة والاعتماد من الرئيس المباشر.
- المساهمة في تقديم الأنشطة والبرامج الخاصة بالرعاية المجتمعية المعتمدة في دليل الخدمات لكبار المواطنين بما يتناسب مع الوضع الاجتماعي والصحي لهم.
- تنسيق برامج التأهيل لأسر كبار المواطنين أو القائمين على رعايتهم، واقتراح البرامج والأنشطة التي تتناسب معهم وفقاً للحالة الاجتماعية والصحية.
- التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية والخاصة لتنفيذ برامج الرعاية لحالات كبار المواطنين المدرجين في أنظمة الهيئة حسب حالاتهم وفئاتهم ومتطلباتهم (شركات التمريض/ عيادات التأهيل والعلاج الطبيعي وما إلى ذلك).
- مرافقة حالات كبار المواطنبن الذين يقيمون بمفردهم عند خروجهم من المنزل لتلبية احتياجاتهم وتسهيل الاجراءات ومرافقتهم في المشاركات والفعاليات الخارجية وتسهيل عملية التنقلات من خلال التنسيق مع شركات متخصصة.
- الإشراف على تدريب وتأهيل القائمين والمتطوعين لرعاية كبار السن ومتابعة تقديم الخدمات التي تتناسب مع أوضاعهم الاجتماعية والصحية.
- متابعة المتطوعين في لرعاية كبار المواطنين وضمان تقديمهم البرامج بالتوافق مع الخطط المعتمدة.
- تلقي المقترحات والشكاوى من كبار السن وكبار المواطنين والعمل على حلها في نطاق الاختصاص أو تحويلها للمعنيين في الإدارة أو الإدارات الاخرى بناءً على المجال.
- إجراء التقييم الأولي لآراء كبار المواطنين عن الخدمات والأنشطة وذلك عن طريق الأدوات المتوفرة والمعتمدة في الهيئة (مثل نماذج الاستبيانات وغيرها).
- إدخال البيانات والخدمات والأنشطة اليومية المقدمة لكبار المواطنين في النظام الالكتروني المعتمد في الهيئة.
- رفع التقارير الدورية عن الخدمات المقدمة واقتراح خدمات وأنشطة ابتكارية والمساهمة في تنفيذها.
Qualifications
- المتطلبات التعليمية: ثانوية عامة او ما يعادلها.
- متطلبات الخبرة: 0 – 2 سنوات خبرة في مجال تطوعي للرعاية الاجتماعية.
