Role overview
NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Change Manager to join its team in Ottawa, Ontario.
The role supports organizational transformation and change management for client IT projects.
Core responsibilities
- Analyze critical success factors, architecture requirements, business processes, process maps, and training needs.
- Lead functional staff in defining business strategy and processes for transformation activities.
- Assess change impacts on clients and the workforce and provide practical implementation tools and templates.
- Plan and implement change with clients, including stakeholder alignment, training coordination, and readiness assessments.
- Develop evaluation frameworks, monitor performance, and recommend actions to address pain points.
- Create presentations, facilitate discussions, provide consultative guidance and coaching, and build consensus.
Communications and engagement
- Develop communications products for change management requirements and adapt materials for diverse audiences.
- Work with target communities to align skills and experience and support successful adoption.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and identify and implement business process improvements.
