Core Responsibilities
- Provide
- advanced L3/L4 troubleshooting
- for complex network/security issues.
- Handle
- incident management, severity analysis, and RCA reporting
- .
- Coordinate with
- principal vendors
- and lead incidents as senior resource.
- Support
- project and operations teams
- for network/security requirements.
- Represent GBM Support Team and provide
- infrastructure support for DIB
- .
- Conduct
- quarterly health checks
- and present findings in GBM/DIB monthly meetings.
- Perform
- weekend upgrade activities
- and prepare upgrade proposals.
Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in
- network infrastructure and security technologies
- .
- Proven ability to lead incident resolution and vendor coordination.
- Hands-on experience with
- multi-vendor firewalls, load balancers, and Cisco solutions
- .
- Locally available in Dubai (preferred for immediate deployment).
