About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform advanced L3/L4 level troubleshooting
- Handle incidents, severity, and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Coordinate with principal vendors and follow up on issues
- Lead incidents as a senior resource
- Support project and operation teams for network and security support
Requirements
- CCIE Written or Lab certification
- Experience with Cisco Nexus & Catalyst Switches
- Experience with Cisco SDA / DNAC
- Experience with Palo Alto Firewall & Panorama
- Experience with FortiGate Firewall (MUST)
- Experience with Load Balancers with GSLB & WAF (Citrix, F5)
- Experience with Cisco ASA & FTD/FMC
- Advanced L3/L4 troubleshooting skills
- Experience handling incidents, severity, and RCA
- Ability to coordinate with principal vendors and lead incidents as senior resource
- Azure Cloud Networking (good to have)
- Cisco ACI experience (will help in support)
