- Manage labour accommodation for a workforce of 2,000–3,500+ employees
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and UAE Labour Laws
- Supervise catering, housekeeping, maintenance, and transportation services
- Manage accommodation allocation and employee welfare
- Coordinate vendor and AMC management
- Conduct HSE inspections and emergency preparedness activities
- Prepare operational reports and manage camp budgets
Requirements
- 7+ years of Camp Management experience
- Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, or Construction projects
- NEBOSH IGC Certification (Mandatory)
- HACCP Level 3 Certification (Preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- UAE experience is preferred
