We are hiring for the position of
Senior Camp Boss And Camp Lead
to join our team in the UAE.
Requirements
- Minimum
- 8 years of camp management experience in the UAE
- Strong experience in managing large workforce accommodation camps
- Good knowledge of camp operations, hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle daily camp operations efficiently
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day camp operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage camp staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and catering activities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations
- Handle employee accommodation allocation, check-in, and check-out procedures
- Coordinate maintenance activities and resolve camp-related issues promptly
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and welfare standards within the camp
- Prepare camp reports and maintain proper records/documentation
- Coordinate with HR and site teams regarding manpower accommodation requirements
