- Manage site teams including engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractor workforce
- Monitor daily site progress and implement corrective actions to avoid delays
- Ensure strict compliance with QA/QC procedures and hotel brand quality standards
- Coordinate integration of civil, architectural, structural, and MEP works
- Manage site logistics, materials, and resource planning efficiently
- Lead coordination meetings with subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and HSE requirements
- Support procurement and technical evaluation of subcontractors and materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction
- Proven UAE experience with reputable main contractors
- Strong hands on experience in hotel construction projects (4 star / 5 star)
- End to end experience in hotel project lifecycle (from excavation to handover)
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and finishing standards in hospitality projects
- Experience managing large site teams and subcontractors
- Solid understanding of UAE authority approvals, regulations, and compliance standards
- Proficient in project execution planning, site coordination, and progress control
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong civil engineering background and extensive UAE experience in hotel construction projects.
- The role is responsible for leading on site construction activities, ensuring successful execution of high quality hospitality developments delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, and safety standards.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with reputable main contractors in the UAE and hands on experience delivering 4 star and 5 star hotel projects from structural works through finishing, testing, commissioning, and handover.
