- Lead the architectural design coordination and technical review throughout project execution
- Review and approve architectural shop drawings and construction details
- Coordinate with consultants, structural, and site teams to resolve design and construction issues
- Ensure all architectural works comply with project specifications, local authority requirements, and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and workmanship
- Review material submittals and mock ups to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Support project teams in value engineering and resolving technical challenges
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery of architectural activities
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities regarding design and project related matters
- Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE working for a construction or contracting company
- Experience delivering residential, commercial, mixed use, or high rise building projects
- Thorough knowledge of UAE building regulations, authority approval processes, and local codes
- Proven experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, architectural detailing, materials, and finishing works
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Navisworks, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and as built drawings

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UAE construction/contracting industry and proven experience managing architectural design, coordination, and site execution on large scale building projects.

- Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE working for a construction or contracting company
