Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and capability.
Analyze market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and risks.
Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure materials on-time delivery and fulfillment.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
Maintain optimal inventory levels in coordination with production and planning teams.
Evaluate and monitor supplier performance based on agreed-upon terms, delivery times, and quality standards.
Work with suppliers to resolve any issues with defective or non-compliant goods.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners.
