- Bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring common understanding and IT/Business alignment of both functional and non functional requirements and determining high level work efforts
- Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders and translate those to technical requirements for the developers
- Help improve and drive best practices by providing valuable inputs and suggestions as to what works well and what can be done better
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by information sharing and team cooperation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a challenging IT system solution environment
- Comfortable with relational databases, SQL Queries, data mappings and data analysis
- Engineering or Computer Science degree with strong communication and problem solving skills
- Nice to have: Fi/Baking/AML experience, knowledge of Hadoop, Google Cloud Services, Agile and DevOps team experience

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
- You have 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a challenging IT system solution environment.
- Comfortable with relational databases, SQL Queries, data mappings and data analysis
- Ideally, you have an Engineering or Computer Science degree with strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Nice to have: Fi/Baking/AML experience, knowledge of Hadoop, Google Cloud Services, Agile and DevOps team experience
