Pattison Food Group is hiring a full-time Senior Business System Analyst for its IT team in Langley, British Columbia.
The role provides functional leadership and translates business requirements into testable and sustainable system solutions.
The analyst will advise business and technology stakeholders and guide analysis across strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and document workforce management requirements, system rules, operational practices, and business objectives.
- Translate collective agreements, labour policies, and operational scenarios into functional requirements.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and fit-gap analyses with stakeholders, SMEs, Payroll, and Operations.
- Evaluate solution options and impacts on compliance, payroll, operations, and system capabilities.
- Design pay-impact test scenarios, support parallel payroll validation, and maintain end-to-end traceability.
- Support phased deployments, functional readiness, lessons learned, and knowledge transfer.
- Analyze system data and behavior, define integration needs, and resolve functional issues with delivery partners.
