- Drive the growth and competitiveness of the exchange's trading business through strategic initiatives and market development
- Develop and execute liquidity strategies to enhance market quality, trading efficiency, and user experience
- Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to support product and business expansion
- Contribute to pricing, incentive, and commercial strategies across trading products
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support the launch, enhancement, and lifecycle management of trading products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and institutional clients
- Coordinate cross functional initiatives and ensure timely communication of key operational and product updates
- Analyze business performance and market data to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements
Requirements
- Trading & TradFi expertise — strong grasp of trading mechanics and traditional finance market structure
- Tech fluency — comfortable working with tech teams on system upgrades and client impact projects; able to read and understand API documentation
- Client facing experience — confident managing day to day client communication and relationship management
- Fluency in English is required to coordinate with vendors, brokers, market makers, and institutional partners
