About The Team

  • The Binance Pay & Card team is revolutionizing global transactions and financial management.
  • Binance Pay enables users to send, receive, and pay with crypto seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, build, and scale strategic partnerships with payment service providers, acquirers, and high volume merchants across priority industries.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle including prospecting, cold outreach, pitching, commercial structuring, contract negotiation, KYB coordination, and cross functional integration execution.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with senior decision makers within PSPs, acquirers, and large merchants.
  • Design and execute regional expansion strategies that prioritize high impact verticals such as gaming, iGaming, trading platforms, e commerce, OTA, and digital services.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Integration, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to localize solutions and streamline onboarding.
  • Analyze merchant performance and partnership data to segment accounts, optimize commercial terms, and improve profitability.
  • Continuously monitor competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and market shifts.
  • Track and deliver against aggressive KPIs including merchant base growth, acquirer onboarding targets, and transaction volume expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven enterprise level business development experience with ability to engage and negotiate with C suite stakeholders.
  • Strong existing network within PSPs, acquirers, payment processors, or financial institutions in the target region.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in regulated environments and navigate compliance and reputational considerations.
  • Commercially mature, resilient, and execution driven, with ability to build momentum in high growth environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret merchant performance data and translate insights into scalable partnership strategies.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic to coordinate with local and overseas partners/stakeholders.
