- Help maintain accurate and up to date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever).
- Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies.
- Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
- Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
- Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations.

Overview
