Job Description

  • TD Direct Investing is part of TD Wealth and provides self directed investors with platforms, tools, education, and support.
  • The National Office Client Engagement team leads initiatives focused on deepening client relationships and improving engagement.
  • The Senior Business Insights Analyst will act as a strategic business partner using data and client insights to inform decision making.

Job Responsibilities

  • Use data, business context, and client insights to identify engagement opportunities.
  • Translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations, business cases, and execution plans.
  • Support development of client engagement strategies including campaign planning and segmentation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align priorities and drive progress.
  • Lead small to medium scale initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Define success measures and KPIs.
  • Assess program reporting to evaluate performance and recommend optimization.
  • Own campaign administration processes including Salesforce opportunity tracking.

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required; business, finance, marketing, economics, analytics, or related discipline preferred.
  • 3 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, client strategy, program execution, campaign management, or analytics informed decision support.
  • Strong ability to use data to support business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate insights into practical recommendations.
  • Strong strategic problem solving skills.
  • Experience working with cross functional partners and driving initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Client facing, marketing, Salesforce, Alteryx, or Tableau experience considered an asset.
