- Design and deliver structured AI learning programs
- Formalize an AI experimentation program, including targeted pilots and sprint based testing
- Source, assess, and prioritize AI enabled and transformation opportunities aligned to team priorities
- Develop business cases for investment in AI and transformation initiatives
- Develop a sustainability education program to help drive strategy forward
- Establish and maintain KPIs that demonstrate the impact of AI adoption across the team
- Monitor emerging AI and sustainability trends and translate them into practical opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sustainability, strategy, transformation, innovation, data, learning, or a related field
- Experience identifying, assessing, and advancing AI enablement opportunities
- Experience designing or delivering education, training, or capability building initiatives for varied audiences
- Experience leading change, adoption, and learning initiatives
- Experience creating business cases, measuring impact, defining outcomes, or communicating value creation
- Strong understanding of AI, including GenAI, analytics, and practical business applications
- Experience applying AI tools, such as Copilot, to improve productivity
- Ability to translate complex sustainability topics into clear, relevant, and practical learning experiences
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills

Description du Poste
- The Manager, Sustainability Transformation will help advance transformation across the Enterprise Sustainability team by accelerating AI adoption, strengthening sustainability capability, and building scalable education and knowledge sharing practices.
- A key part of the role will be leading AI enablement: embedding AI into core workflows, identifying high value opportunities, building adoption and accountability mechanisms, and demonstrating measurable impact.
- The role will also support targeted sustainability education for colleagues, senior leaders, and priority stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive AI adoption and culture: Embed AI into core workflows across the Enterprise Sustainability team.
- Champion an AI first mindset and position AI as a core team capability.
- Establish mechanisms for accountability and adoption.
- Create and sustain a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and continuous learning.
- Build team capability and scale knowledge: Design and deliver structured AI learning programs.
- Formalize an AI experimentation program, including targeted pilots and sprint based testing.
- Bring external best practices and emerging insights into the team.
- Identify, prioritize, and advocate for high value transformation opportunities.
- Source, assess, and prioritize AI enabled and transformation opportunities aligned to team priorities.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sustainability, strategy, transformation, innovation, data, learning, or a related field.
- Experience identifying, assessing, and advancing AI enablement opportunities.
- Experience designing or delivering education, training, or capability building initiatives for varied audiences.
- Experience leading change, adoption, and learning initiatives.
- Experience creating business cases, measuring impact, defining outcomes, or communicating value creation.
- Strong understanding of AI, including GenAI, analytics, and practical business applications.
- Experience applying AI tools, such as Copilot, to improve productivity, decision making, or ways of working.
- Familiarity with AI experimentation, adoption, and change management best practices.
- Ability to translate emerging tools, trends, and stakeholder needs into practical pilots, recommendations, and implementation plans.
- Ability to translate complex sustainability topics into clear, relevant, and practical learning experiences.
- Strong understanding of sustainability issues, including emerging risks, opportunities, regulatory developments, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to design education roadmaps and evolve learning content based on feedback, emerging developments, and business priorities.
