- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Support business growth initiatives and revenue generation activities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful proposal development and project handover
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management
- Previous experience within Marketing, Advertising, PR, Media, Events, or Creative Agencies preferred
- Experience in RFPs, proposals, client acquisition, and partnership management
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
