Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for conferences, congresses, exhibitions, and corporate events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, associations, government entities, sponsors, and stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth through strategic business acquisition and account management
- Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities within the events industry
- Act as Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) and primary point of contact for conferences and congresses
- Pitch event concepts, conference solutions, sponsorship packages, and partnership opportunities to clients
- Lead planning and execution of regional and international conferences, exhibitions, and roadshows
- Prepare comprehensive bid documents, RFP responses, presentations, and business proposals
- Develop conference and event budgets, pricing models, and commercial proposals
- Manage end to end bid process ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines
- Oversee event logistics including venue selection, travel, accommodation, transportation, and on site operations
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Conferences, PCO, Events, or Exhibition Management
- Proven experience in managing regional and international conferences, congresses, exhibitions, and roadshows
- Strong experience in bid management, proposal writing, budgeting, and supplier negotiation
- Arabic speaking preferred

Job Summary

Qualifications & Experience
