- Proactively identify and develop affiliate/KOL relationships for future business opportunities
- Manage and enhance relationships with local crypto influencers to build partnerships for user acquisition
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers or media channels
- Expand user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand
- Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates and acquire users
Requirements
- Solid experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX or related space with track record in building large affiliate networks
- Experience leading a team of business development or affiliate managers
- Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods
- Fluent in English

About The Opportunity
- The Senior BD Manager is responsible for overall affiliate growth strategy and execution for OKX in MENA.
- Works with global team and leads a team of regional BD managers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a team of affiliate business development managers focused on key markets, setting strategy and OKRs.
- Proactively identify and develop affiliate/KOL relationships for future business opportunities.
- Manage and enhance relationships with local crypto influencers for user acquisition.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers or media channels.
- Expand user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand.
- Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates and acquire users.
What We Look For In You
- Solid experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX or related space with track record in building large affiliate networks.
- Experience in leading a team of business development or affiliate managers.
- Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods.
- Fluent in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
