- Advise technology clients on cross border transactional matters including M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, private equity, venture capital transactions and general corporate advisory work.
- Work closely with other practice areas on a broad range of matters.
- Lead deals and negotiations, take ownership of matters.
- Build and develop own network of internal and external contacts.
- Contribute to business development initiatives.

- Experience with venture capital and tech private equity transactions
- Experience with M&A transactions across a range of sectors
- Proven track record of leading deals and negotiations

Job Description
- This is your chance to join a top global team advising technology clients on a broad range of cross border transactional matters including M&A (public and private), joint ventures, corporate restructurings, private equity, venture capital transactions and general corporate advisory work.
- You will be part of a busy and diverse team spanning 7 offices across the Middle East working on transactions across the MENA region.
About You
- Candidates who have between 3 and 6 years PQE are likely to have the right level of knowledge and experience.
- Experience with venture capital and tech private equity transactions.
- Experience with M&A transactions across a range of sectors.
- Proven track record of leading deals and negotiations.
- Commercially astute and stays current on key legal and business news.
- Excellent skills in communication, client relations, and team working.
- Russian language skills would be helpful.
- Experience working across the Middle East and/or with emerging markets would be helpful.
