About the Role
Peraton is seeking Deployed Systems Support Engineers to support the SOCOM IT Enterprise Contract. The role involves providing technical assistance, training, and system support for deployed systems and networks.

Responsibilities
- Providing system and network services to install, uninstall, configure, operate, maintain, defend, update, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair deployed systems
- Providing subject matter expertise for deployed systems and networks
- Conducting training for deployment and deployed personnel during exercises, formal schools, and real world operations
- Conducting system education and training seminars for end users, designers, contractors, and others
- Continuous training on assigned systems (both fixed and mobile) as they receive updates and enhancements
- Assisting end users with specification of new requirements and capabilities
- Assisting end users and contractors with jobsite failure analysis and hands on work assignments
- Some positions may require shift work or non standard work schedule to support the USSOCOM mission
Requirements
- BS 8 10, MS 6 8, PhD 3 5 years experience; significant relevant experience may substitute for formal education
- DoD TS/SCI clearance
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification
- CCNA certification
- MCSA: Windows Server or MCA certification
- At least eight years of previous Deployed Systems Support Engineer experience or equivalent

Job Description
- Peraton requires Deployed Systems Support Engineers to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3
- Positions are located at SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill AFB FL, and at TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad
- The purpose is to provide Operations and Maintenance services to maintain Network Operations, systems and network infrastructure, end user and common device support, configuration management, training, and IMAC services
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Providing system and network services to install, uninstall, configure, operate, maintain, defend, update, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair deployed systems

Required Qualifications
- BS 8 10, MS 6 8, PhD 3 5. Significant relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
- DoD TS/SCI clearance is required
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II AND CCNA AND MCSA: Windows Server OR MCA certification is required
- At least eight years of previous Deployed Systems Support Engineer experience or equivalent experience is required
Target Salary Range
- $86,000 $138,000 per year based on experience and other factors
