- Identify and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within the country through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals via partnerships
- Represent Marsh at industry conferences and events to expand professional network
- Conduct thorough research and plan customer acquisition strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to increase penetration across multiple solutions
- Create, negotiate, and close sales proposals covering full suite of products
- Assist in preparing due diligence reports and presentations in response to client requests
- Deliver presentations and provide guidance to senior level stakeholders
- Consistently strive to exceed sales performance targets
- Maintain accurate client interaction records in CRM system
- Stay informed on the latest trends in Medical and Non Medical Insurance Products

- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in Insurance Industry
- Strong communication skills with a talent for building and closing relationships
- Energetic, positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure
- Ability to multitask effectively

Your Key Responsibilities
