About the Role
Marsh Risk Consulting is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environmental Consultant in Qatar to deliver tailored HSE solutions, conduct on-site visits, develop documentation, and provide training.

Responsibilities
- Improve clients' risk management through delivery of tailored health, safety and environment consulting projects
- Review clients' operations to identify and analyze risks to employees, contractors, visitors and other stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive HSE documentation to support embedding of HSE into client operations
- Undertake on site visits to determine HSE capabilities, identify risks and areas for improvement and craft corrective action reports
- Undertake both in person and online training of client employees in all areas of Health, Safety and Environmental Management
- Prepare concise and clear reports and presentations
- Provide risk management advice and consultancy primarily on health, safety, and environmental risks
- Identify and develop relationships and opportunities internally and externally to ensure sustained growth for Marsh
- Work with key business leaders in delivering value added services to clients
- Develop and deliver propositions and solutions in line with client and market needs
- Develop professionally as both a Health, Safety, and Environment Professional and Consultant
- Grow personal understanding and knowledge of Risk Management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH International Diploma, IOSH Membership, CSP/CMIOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
- 5 15 years of working experience within construction, Oil & Gas, utilities, and heavy industries consulting
- Native level or C2 proficiency in English
- Previous delivery of projects within the UK market, including managing UK based suppliers, clients, or regulatory authorities
- Proven experience in a senior advisory or consultancy role
- Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and management systems
- Experience managing multi disciplinary and high risk projects
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High level of report writing and presentation skills

- Experience in the use of technology platforms to deliver solutions.
