Join a client’s Digital Products and Services team in Dubai as an Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Business Analyst.
Design, develop, implement, and support Oracle Cloud HCM applications while advising business users.
The engagement is stated as one year and extendable.
Workplace
- The role is onsite at the client office in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM for Payroll and Compensation Management.
- Configure applications against business requirements and technology standards.
- Conduct system testing and train super users and end users.
- Document best practices, policies, and governance processes.
- Provide ongoing support for Fusion HCM application environments.
- Advise business users and translate business requirements into system solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Seven to ten years of IT experience, including five to seven years in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong expertise in ORC, Core HR, Talent Management, Fusion Security, and Approval Workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, and HR dashboards.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
