Role Summary
The role is a Cloud and Desktop Automation Engineer position focused on Power Platform automation solutions.
The position designs, develops, and supports automation solutions that streamline business processes, integrate enterprise systems, and improve operational efficiency.
The assignment lasts one year and is extendable.
The role is based at a client office and is explicitly on-site in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop workflows using Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop.
- Build and maintain AI-powered conversational agents in Copilot Studio.
- Automate business processes, approval workflows, and desktop tasks.
- Integrate Microsoft solutions with enterprise applications through APIs and connectors.
- Configure AI Builder for document processing and data extraction.
- Create and manage Dataverse tables, business rules, and data models.
- Implement collaboration solutions using Teams and Outlook.
- Perform testing, deployment, production support, and release activities.
- Follow governance, security, and Power Platform best practices.
Mandatory Skills
- Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop are mandatory.
- Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Dataverse, and AI Builder are mandatory.
- REST APIs, web services, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem are mandatory.
Experience Required
- Requires 2–5 years of experience in Power Platform development.
- Requires proven expertise in workflow automation and desktop automation.
- Requires experience integrating enterprise applications and APIs.
- Requires exposure to low-code/no-code platforms and AI-powered automation solutions.
Preferred Background
- Experience as a Power Platform Developer or Automation Engineer is listed as preferred background.
- Experience on digital transformation projects is listed as preferred background.
- Exposure to Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, and enterprise Microsoft environments is desirable.
Submission
